This is a 1980s does 1940s Dress and let me tell you, it would make Rita Hayworth in the movie Gilda jealous! This is a solid black long velvet strapless dress with a front wrap and slit. It features a center back zipper, fitted bodice, it's fully lined with soft boning in the front, sides, and back of the bodice. The label reads "Vicktor Costa, Crafted with pride in the USA". 65% acetate 55% rayon, Dry Clean Only. It's in excellent vintage condition. It measures Bust 34" Waist 27" Hip 37". It would look amazing with long black gloves. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
